Corey Webster played wr in 01 how does that help our secondary? T Daniels played in the title game only because of injury how does that make our secondary great for that year? Devery Henderson played rb how does that help our wr corp? None of our dlineman started in the nfl and Marcus spears was a tight end that year so no he wasn't part of the 01 dline. By lsu standards that's not a bunch of beasts. And if you knew anything about process and building a great program you'd understand that redshirting freshman was a move used to get them extra time in the system and to build a championship team over the next few years which worked out perfectly plus an 18 year old football player isn't the same as a 20/21 year old some of those players weren't ready and were redshirted because of that. So no you're wrong that team got the most out of it's talent and won the sec for the first time in 14 years. They overachieved.

Being freshman and redshirting doesnt take talent away dumbass. Over achieved? They played i a sec west where the 2nd place team was 7-5. Get Saban's dick out of your mouth. Only someone with an agenda would say 2001 wasnt talent.

I dont care if some of those players redshirted. It doesnt take their talent away from lsu. You cant name 10 more talent filled lsu rosters than that.

Yeah that really worked out great since we lost 5 games in 2002.
I know more football than you. Redshirting players does not take away that that player is a future nfl player. I won't even get into how stacked the coaching staff was. No excuse for 2001 lsu to lose 3 games with the talent they had.

Have we had some shitty circumstances these past 2 or 3 seasons? Absolutely. But in no way, shape, or form are we currently in the bottom third of the SEC. LSU at this very moment is the second best team in the conference. Period. That is actually even being acknowledged by Gator homers on the radio over here.

I thought you at least knew a little but apparently you don't and certainly don't know more that I do. 2002 was working out just fine until the whole team got injured but you wouldn't know that cause you don't know shite prior to 2007. And in 03 when all those redshirts were sophomores and juniors we won that national title you idiot so yea it worked out just fine. And again you don't even understand the point of redshirting someone because you're a video game fan and don't know anything about the real sport. If a kid redshirts he has no effect on the team none at all saying he does is stupid and some kids are not ready at 18 most of the ones you mentioned didn't even play the same position once they were active. You don't know shite about the 2001 LSU football team so don't pretend you do. You're wrong just like you always are. Class dismissed lil boy.

Can you name 10 sec title teams from LSU? Then I guess I don't need to name 10 more talented rosters. God you're stupid. And saying a redshirted player added to a team he never played for is about as stupid a statement as has ever been posted on any msg board much less this one.
