Not afraid, just not having my healthy kids subject to having weekly tests with ethylene oxide q tips just to watch a game.

Do I need to have a neg test or vaccine to watch the game? This makes 0 sense

The tailgating groups I used to belong to all said screw it a few years ago over the new parking policies and taking away green space

there might be 30k inside the stadium tonight for this game if campus is any indication

Well that’s good because the LSU Administration has no fuking idea what they are doing and they can shove their “check your papers” crap right up their asses.

And has been for a while.

Gone are the days of the people from down the bayou who skrimped and saved for season tix, then get up to BR at the crack of dawn and grill on a charcoal pit all day while pounding beers before going into Tiger Stadium and screaming himself hoarse for 3 hours.

But people weren't saying it's about the test or vaccine. They said it's a matter of principle. Even the vaccinated were boycotting as a matter of principle.

Looks like years of tailgating restrictions, overpriced parking far away from the stadium, LSU’s woke agenda and being totally out of touch with its fanbase, and LSU being the only SEC school implementing ridiculous covid protocols has finally taken its toll.

This place was short on social scientists. Thanks for filling that gap.

Don’t know about everyone else but I’m not going bc I’m not vaxed and I’m not getting tested weekly. Simple as that

just take the test before. If you test negative your good to go. What’s the big deal?

No one should have to take a fricking test to go to a football game. It's ridiculous. LSU is about to find out how retarded their policy is.

There isn't any left on the q tip, they are sterilized with it. You obey random internet rumors but you call me a sheep.

BigO, I can respect that. Do what you want to do. I don't think anyone is telling people they need to get vaccinated and get their butt into Tiger Stadium.

Most games you can get tickets outside the stadium for below face. Even when we’re good.

The glory days of tailgating might be gone forever or at least this season

If attendance is embarrassing the next two weeks, do you see LSU reversing course on the covid stuff for the Auburn game?

Would be a really bad look. Media would spin it as profit over safety. Once they committed to this im afraid they have to ride this horse all the way.

The gameday experience is rough. Lots of areas roped off for paid parking, the stadium bathrooms suck, concessions are garbage, postgame traffic is rough…don’t have to deal with any of these at home. Combine that with the product on the field, and I see no reason to leave the comfort of my living room

If the team was good it’d be different
