Need help with Tiger Stadium Pic ID

So I posted on the OT and am enjoying the comments, but figured I would get more help here.
Found this in my Dad's office when he passed a few years back, trying to find out who the artist is/was and any other info on the pic.

There’s an artist by the name of Glen P Weber in New Orleans.

I have an artists proof of that that exact painting hanging in my office. His name is Glen Weber and there’s a short bio on the back I took a picture of for you

I was going to LSU when that first upper deck was being built, all the hippies bitching and hogging time at Freak Speech Ally about how much money was being wasted on athletics, and all of the poors that lived in the stadium dorm bitching about the noise, there was an article in every issue of the Reveille, it was awesome

thats a very nice piece of artwork, and I'm trying not to shite all over it, it's mostly a critique of LSU, but why would the artist choose that end of the stadium. I've always thought that old south endzone was a mistake. Never understood when they closed in the horse shoe they didn't match the architecture of the north endzone.
I mean the arches are aesthetically pleasing though plain around the rest of the stadium, the south's barren post and beam scream we just threw this up to get it done.
