If we win, does that put LSU on the top 25 board?

We played good defense last night... We are gonna have to play twice as good defense tonight if we want to win.

I think we keep it close and lose a tight one.

If we don't turn the ball over 14 times like we did last night, we should be good.

This. We really outplayed Michigan from the jump, and the final score didn't really reflect that. Turnovers played a big part. Our defense is lock down though. As long as we stay out of foul trouble, and minimize the turnovers, this team has tons of potential.

Hope Dakich calls the game again. He seems to love LSU, Louisiana, and Will Wade. Lol.

Thankfully our defense played lights out and only allowed 9 points off of our 14 turnovers.

Also, had we not had 14 turnovers, we would have crushed them.

I'm just glad I don't have to watch that ugly arse white dude from Michigan anymore.

ND looked really good yesterday, but so did the Tigas.

We’re going to have to cut down on the turnovers and limit second chance opportunities

ND is an established team. Colston and Farrell will give us big time problems. Another guy to keep an eye out for is DJ Harvey, who is their big name recruit from the 2017 class. He's already making an impact.

ND has some good veteran players and a terrific coach, Mike Brey. Physically they aren't imposing. They only start one guy over 6'6 and their primary frontcourt scorer is only 6'6"...but he, like the rest of the team, is VERY fundamentally sound. Brey ALWAYS has ND as one of the most efficient offenses in the country. So far, this year is no exception. LSU had to be disciplined on defense vs. a well coached Michigan team. They have to be even better vs. a better ND team.

ND can knock down 3's. They are great at creating good shots and don't beat themselves often. In all honesty, Michigan was a great tune up for a team like ND.

It would probably put LSU in a spot to recive some votes. Now, beat ND and #6 Wichita St the next night? LSU would be a top-20 team.

I am optimistic but not expecting much, I would love a tight game and I know Wade will have them ready.

This one will be a great litmus test early in our season. LSU is clearly a different team than we’ve seen for years now and with the tenacity on defense I think we can hang with most teams IF we aren’t turning the ball over.

The times on the bracket in parentheses are eastern time.

9:30 central. Radio pregame is 9:00 central. ESPN.

I don't think we'll be up on the scoreboard when the final buzzer rings, but I know this team will fight and scrap hard as all hell until that happens.
We will never surrender!
