Where are all the Gloom and Doom prophets that filled the board during the tournament.
Some folks just enjoy being miserable and making others miserable.l

Since we aren't a blue blood we'll see how this plays out, my guess this ruling only applies to kansas and Duke.

So where are all the posters who kept telling me the NCAA and the FBI had an agreement to turn over all documents after the trial. I kept pointing out that such an arrangement violates federal law and FBI policies, but those fact kept getting ignored....I’ll hang up and listen.

Yep. All Alleva had to do was issue a neutral statement and let it play out. He might still be the AD had he done so.

If we walk out of this with zero NCAA issues, then it couldn't really have worked any better.

I agree. It’s unfortunate that it cost us 2 big time players but in the long run we are in much better shape.

And business is about to pick back up

Dickie had a stroke and was in Intensive care. But Rick Pitino came by the room and lay hands on Dickie and now Dickie is alive and well !

Why would they not open their evidence to the NCAA? Ask me, only one reason, protect those who collaborated with them. We have no idea what coaches worked with the FBI. Expose them and then they are useless to any future investigations.
I guarantee there was some coaches that ratted. How did the FBI find out about this in the first place?

No, the question is why WOULD they open their evidence to the NCAA.

I don't believe it's common practice for courts to release evidence that was not used in a trial.
