Yes, previously they were seeing if the new evidence was worth reopening the case, now they have decided to reopen the case and give a new verdict.

Wasn’t the case at first and what was initially reported. The first round of news was that NCAA agreed to hear the new evidence to see if it warranted doing a rehearing. Now they are saying the rehearing will definitely happen. This is significant because the only way they waste their time with another hearing is if the new evidence will change the original outcome of case.

Insider on 247 is saying they will overturn...they dont reopen things to get the same verdict basically

I hope this isn’t one of those situations where the investigation lasts until the season is almost over and it’s basically the same thing as a full year suspension
