Kid was 4-6 from 3pt range. He’s now 6-9 from three in his last two games. His game is really translating well. He’s becoming the perfect stretch four with KAT at the 5.

Geaux Naz, wish we still had you big man.

The people on here who said he had no chance in the NBA and would be playing overseas must not be logged in this morning I guess. I'm sure they would be on here admitting they were wrong otherwise.

Haven't watched the NBA in decades, but happy for any former LSU player who makes it.

I sure as hell thought he wasn't NBA-ready.

I mean it’s almost the all star break and he’s getting trash time. I didn’t think he’d be overseas but I’m pretty sure he thought he’d be playing more then he is

He always just seemed very uncoordinated with the ball. He was an absolute monster in the paint though. I also don’t remember him being a great 3 pt shooter while he was at LSU. With all that being said, I’m always happy to see former Tigers find success.

Credit to you. I wasn't really sure he was quite ready either, but some said he would never make it or didn't have a chance to play in the NBA. He proved them wrong already just by playing this year. You could see his potential and why teams would take a chance on him. He scored 14 points in 14 minutes of play and 10 points in 13 minutes of play the game before. That's impressive. He seems like a good guy, so I hope he does well.

He scored 10 in the 2nd quarter two games ago. I wouldn't call that trash time. Most rookies think that they will play more than they do other than total stars like Zion, Ja Morant, etc.

I mean it’s just not the most accurate time to be quoting Timberwolves stats. They’ve essentially traded their whole team.. stats are skewed until players learn the system

He went undrafted and is getting minutes.

Not sure what you think he thought he would be getting.

dude, no. they traded away gorgui dieng because they have confidence in Naz to be the big off the bench. He already earned a full contract just from summer league.

Good for him . Again I’ll say IMO he never makes it but hopefully he does.

Could not stand watching him get the ball down low fumble frickin it mostly.

Never was a fan

Well he’s on a 4 year, 6.1 million dollar deal and he’s playing NBA minutes so Naz just told you to frick off.
