question for Texas fans, what is your honest prediction. we get it that you're mocking LSU fans' confidence with the "25-3" and texas has no chance posts.

what are your real predictions?

I believe LSU will win the series if Texas fielding errors continue. However, this Texas team is scrappy and it will be close.

The series will be decided on Texas lefty pitching vs LSU lefty hitting. The team that wins these match-ups will take the series.

Texas Fight!

LSU wins a close game in game 1. Loses a close one in game 2 and seals it up in three.

Won't be a blowout or sweep.

...but honestly, what the hell do i know?

Just like football. SEC will trump the Big 12 yet again. It's not that the SEC thinks they are better than any other conference, they just know they are.

Well Texas's 2 National Championships this decade both came on the victories over SEC teams so we certainly have ourselves a nice little dynamic here.

Oh and, as for the prediction, Title #7 coming back to Austin when it is all said and done.

I have seen no one even close to the way LSU is playing ball right now. I think we win two in a row and it's not close.

I can't see Texas scoring many runs in this series. The key is to get their leadoff hitter each inning and take away that small ball crap they play. Once you have that initial out they're not so willing to swap the second out for 90 feet.

LSU in two: 7-1 and 9-2
