Miami, Texas (near Amarillo) is the half-way point between Baton Rouge & Provo, UT for reference.

New Orleans could see some flooding this week too, even if the rain totals reach just 6-8 inches.
That estimate is over the course of 4-5 days... not 4-5 HOURS before the game.

Is playing on Monday being discussed at this point?

And how would we get there genius, on a fricking boat?
Houston drains fairly quick. Last time we were flooded(somewhere around 11 inches overnight) the city was back to normal in a couple days. Hopefully they just push the date back to Labor Day or Tuesday if they can't play Saturday.

Monday in the Superdome would be amazing. I'm guessing they've already decided on the Superdome, and are negotiating with ESPN for the day/time of kickoff. We'll know for sure tomorrow.

At this point, what part of the game is NOT going to be played in Houston don't you understand?
Posted on 8/27/17 at 6:38 pm to SportsGuyNOLA
Why would you change the time?

Yeah. Great idea. Let's give NOLA more money to do stupid shite with.

What part of ESPN has complete control of this game doesn't everyone understand.
