Myles Brennan is going to shut this board up quickly in 2020.

I hope so. But Burrow was here in 2018, so was E. The biggest factor in our big season is leaving and we can only hope E has it downpacked now. Would love to see Brennan light it up.

I think he's going to be good, but people will still shite on him because Burrow was THAT good... Sucks to be the guy to follow the generational player

That would be Joe Burrow, Hoss.

As Burrow said, by far the biggest factor in the jump from 2018 to 2019 was experience and intrasquad personnel familiarity, not scheme.

You know most of this board is expecting him to be good, right?

The same guy that called most of the plays. Ensminger has earned my respect. Hiring Brady streamlined what he and coach O wanted, remember they wanted Kiffin here, tried Canada then went with Ensminger with a sidekick knowledgeable in RPO offense. Now it will be more about the players than scheme.

The mold is there....off season workouts with Myles and receivers....catching drills... This offseason gelling with receivers will make or break Brennan. If he follows the routine that Burrow and company established last summer....and gets in sync with his receivers through relentless work, he will be just fine. But it starts now...

Shut who u? I think he's going to be a good QB. He's got a cannon and if our offense stays similar to what it was with the new OC, he can do some nice things.

Problem is, since people will try to compare him to Burrow, and that's just not fair. It's not fair for any QB, tbh.

He will be judged fairly, but the needle for the team has moved.
Once you taste a rib eye, hamburger just will not be the standard...for the team.

I guess it’s looked at as putting Burrow down by some of y’all. But Brady was the #1 reason our offense changed and was as great as it was. That’s why he’ll be making a bug jump to the NFL as an OC. He may be a head coach in 3 or 4 years.
