For clarification, every game of the NCAA Tourney is broadcast on ESPN+. But SEC teams are also broadcast on SECN+.
The confusion comes in when folks without ESPN+ try to watch a non-SEC team and can't get it without paying

The game is scheduled to be on the SECN and all games on the SECN are available on SECN+. You think they're just going to eliminate a large portion of their audience and only have it on ESPN+? What difference does the time make anyway? Why would they show it on SECN+ at 5 but not at 9?
