Not being a dick but when a team plays a cupcake before playing a game “they want” in a bad way, you will NOT see the same team in any position. They want us ! The real question is how much do “WE “ want them ?

Not SEC caliber. Tigers Win

You mean not Bama quality. Because Bama has carried the SEC for far too long. Put it this way, if Bama won those titles in the ACC there would be no “SEC SEC” chant.

Florida State's offense is built around the running game. They will not deviate and will run it regardless of the score or down and distance. LSU needs to jump out to a big lead and continue to pour it on. This isn't to say that once behind FSU can't catch up, but it will take them longer to do so without a dynamic passing attack.

I agree with all of this and much of what the OP said. If FSU doesn’t step it up this week, which they might, this game will be much more difficult for them than LSU. The stadium will likely be quite loud for FSU, which will create a whole other degree of pressure and difficulty that our team doesn’t even have to create themselves.

Basically stop the run and they will be in big trouble! LSU will be a much much more balanced attack. We have legitimate TEs, RB, OL, DL, DBs and we will have to find out about the QB. But we do have 3 really good QBs to go to if issues arise. I like our chances.

I think LSU vs FSU is going to be a lot closer than people think. I'm down for a good game

You think it indicates anger when someone calls out a a snarky comment? But you're OK with a guy giving someone shite for simply posting their take on something?

If I'm House, I'm running a million tackling drills this week to mitigate yards after contact. FSU's offense is set up to get one on ones in space, so whoever gets there first needs to bring the ball carrier down.

Indeed. Duquesne was constantly over shooting the runner, arm tackling or just straight up getting shed off of the carrier. The OLine was a sieve to a DLine that was full of 240-270lbs guys.

Relax. I was talking about him. Not you. I went for the convenience of hitting the last “reply” button.

FSU’s best group was their running backs, and by far the most impressive position IMO. To say they weren’t strong in your analysis, would differ from what I saw, we need to wrap up. Was impressed with their ability to rip out of tackles with their strength, and their quick cuts. Their O line wasn’t that good, but the RB’s still ate against that FCS team, but should really struggle with an SEC team, so we shall see, but everything else was kind of decent in the analysis
