Murray was a step slow on defense.

No he wasn't. He was the second best on ball defender on the team and a leader on defense.

Wade referred to him as the "middle linebacker" of one of the best defenses in college basketball.

He'll be in the NBA in 2 years.

ETA: He's probably the most important player on the team and they guy I wanted to lose the least.

This is terrible. Murray was the key to the entire defense. He led the team in minutes until he missed the game against Auburn.
I’m too lazy to see where he ended up. He was the best on ball defender on this team.

He’s a great college starter and sucks to lose home but let’s not pretend he’s an NBA guy please.

Oh please, lets not be those guys. He is a damned good player and will be a big loss. He would have been a big piece of next year's scoring.

You are just wrong. He was better as a freshman than either Smart or Mays. By far.

During the back end of the schedule he seemed to routinely show disappointment or other emotions when he missed a shot or turned the ball over. This resulted in him lagging in transition defense too many times.
