They are average at best at this point but that doesn’t really mean anything. Baseball is weird and the talent is there.

He literally made the change that immediately led to getting the winning run on second and he handled the pen very well.

Nah, I played organized baseball for 12 years, and it's not a difficult game to understand, even though some of our poster would have you think it's akin to molecular biology intertwined with ancient mysticism. It's not.
