They were in a display box, so I assume they were meant to be displayed like so many other trophies etc...in the Athletics Dept. I'm guessing based on the box description.
I'm also assuming they were rings for winning Regionals and SEC championships as suggested by another poster.

They got the rings in September. I don't know if she got one as well.
