My thought is that it is laughable that T Bob, as a former player and now media member, has no legitimate inside sources upon which he can rely. Instead, he shoots hot takes out his backside.

I mean, T-bob’s dad and Ed O played high school ball together and are good friends. I’m not sure how much closer you can get to the program

That being said, I doubt it happens

We were promised the best coordinators and staff as part of this new head coaching my model with Orgeron. Yesterday’s retention of Aranda, while expensive, demonstrated a commitment to the model.

It would be inconsistent to make a move to Ensminger (other than due to $). With all due respect, Steve Ensminger is not considered to be among the top offensive minds in college football.

Yesterday’s Aranda to A&M melt might be surpassed if Orgeron were to make this move.

Yes, I am certain Orgeron checked in with T-Bob. Lol.

What was T-Bob's prediction about Aranda? Did Orgeron tip him off? Gee-whiz.

I really don't think O wants to put everything on the line without a homerun hire.

Binder called for $3.3 million in coordinator salaries - $1.5 for Canada; $1.8 for Aranda. Now with Aranda at $2.5 there's only $800,000 left for the OC, hence Ensminger.

Given the state of this site and the family feud/civil war currently being fought within our fan base over Orgeron (Pro/Con), I would never say never.

Stupid, you pay 2.5 Mil for the best DC and then you settle for Ensminger as OC??? Jesus they should just let Aranda hire an OC, this is dumb

Aranda will hire his OC in 2019.

Let a DC hire an OC. Yeah that's would be a great idea.

Did he say that this morning? Maybe something will change now that candidates know DA is still on staff.
Yeah. He said that Canada is gone and people inside the program have told him that Einsminger will likely be the next OC.

Don't believe that because TBob can't hold a conversation.

LSU just retained the top DC in college football and kept him from going to one of our division rivals.

LSU just finished a 9-4 season and played in a New Year's Day bowl game. Did we want to win the bowl? Yes, but it wasn't a major loss.

A&M failed to hire our top assistant coach and is reeling (go check A&M boards).

LSU is apparently going to finish very strong in recruiting and have another Top 10 class.

Where is this "shite show" you speak of?

If this is the case, it probably means O couldn't convince anyone to come take over as OC.

More false storylines.

Nope. Too big a PR hit. Alleva would go from hero back to hotseat just since late last night. I expect Canada stays or we make a splash hire.

Wish I could believe this, but don’t underestimate Alleva’s stupidity.

He likely thinks that retaining Aranda gives him the political and goodwill capital to make an Ensminger move.

This is why the BR media needs to shut the frick up and let the process play out. They stir up all this shite and then say the process was a shitshow.

coach e did a solid job as "interim oc". his biggest issue was not wanting all the extra work. can't say he'd be a step down from canada, but not a step up either.
