Who cares....facts do not lie in the situation even though everyone has their own views.

Yes, he did make a personal statement, but the facts are evident. I mean any arguing over political views or playing semantics (not the case here but is much of the time) is straining at a gnat to swallow a camel at this point.

The facts are the guy was a violent rapist criminal wielding a knife.

Hope you are being sarcastic because you won't be calling him "great" after you get a good dose of him up close in the SEC. He's a dickwad.

I have been praying that this won't get to the college sports level but it appears that it will. I will never watch the NFL again and if this shite starts in college football(LSU included) I'm done as well!

From what I'm reading here he stuck a finger in her and said smells like you been w other men after she was at a party. He had been tazed for sure? And did he have the knife in his hand when he was going to get into the vehicle or was he trying to grab one out of it? Either way grabbing a deadly weapon while resisting arrest and being arms reach of a child means time to open fire. If that's all true, the narrative and bias in the media is absolutely ridiculous.

So tired of every outlet out there going "he just the friendliest, sweetest, loving father ever and he dont care about himself, he's worried about his family and want the looting to stop" just painting him as some fhcking saint.

Yeah, that'll teach them. Am I doing this right? Pull scholarships now and lose all future black recruits who are affected by these issues. If that's what you're ready for, go ahead. Some of you are so damn out of touch with what other people are feeling that you can only see the world your way.

Fact is, 3 officers should be able to take down a human being without killing him just like they do when there are others wave guns at the cops are not killed as often.

If a person does wrong, take his arse to prison. I haven't heard one person defend his background. Not one. This has everything to do with some cops wanting to be the beginning and end of due process on the street. Every week some of you swear you are done with this or that team, yet you continue to follow that team's page.

Quitting being a fan of NBA, MFL and NCAA sports is easier than I thought, getting fans to ever come back is much harder. Look at LSU basketball

This is the cancer of social media and the narcissistic desperate desire to virtue signal that it creates. I would imagine less than 1% of the players could have a reasonable, logic and fact based discussion about this event. Yet, they see other leagues/teams/players doing something and they feel they have to do the same. No, not anything that actually could be effective to whatever nebulous "goal" they have. Just conspicuous virtue signaling. Because today, why do anything "good" unless you can tell/show everyone how great you are?

You questions arise out of the fact you are looking at this situation logically. There's your problem. There is very little logical about all of this. Thus, there are no answers to your questions.

Criminal history doesn’t matter. Resisting arrest is not a death sentence.

And people are angry about much more than Blake. Breonna Taylor for example was sleeping in her home when cops bust into the house and killed her. But no officers have been arrested. There are too many other examples of police using unreasonable force on blacks. It has to stop.
