To be honest, I would like to try Taylor or Hasty on Saturdays. And let Dutton give 4-5 on Sundays. So the weekend rotation would something like:

Friday - Hilliard - Cooper and Gervase finish the game off

Saturday - Taylor/Hasty - Fontenot and potentially Gervase to finish

Sunday - Dutton Combined with Eric and Collins.

Is it too late to find another option on Saturdays? And if so, what about giving Floyd a chance - his breaking ball has been looking good.
"Finding another option on Saturdays" is not your problem.

It's Jay Johnson's problem and concern.

Way too many of you guys on here worry yourselves silly with things that you have absolutely no control over and shouldn't even be concerned about.

Arguing against the concept of a sports message board on a sports message board is an especially moronic take.

His last outing vs Georgia was not good .
He should have had a win vs auby if we don't commit 3 errors in one inning
Mizzou he should have got a win and he pitched well
He pitched well enough against and a&m to win our bats were shite
We have have helped him with fielding.
He will be a solid starter nothing great but very serviceable to eat up 5+ innings

I agree that Money doesn’t have an out pitch and when he gets in those pitchers counts he sometimes lays it over the middle of the plate. That’s where a lot of the HR’s are hit off him. He’s missing his spots with 2 strikes. I think you continue to use him with Hasty. Maybe start Hasty then bring Money in. Floyd will get hammered worse than Money by SEC hitters.

What is he averaging 2.0 or 2.1 innings per start lately? He does not gave the mindset of a starter

If he starts out well, he does fine until someone gets on base...thn he falls apart.

Maybe he just doesn’t pitch well from the stretch.
