Why is he linked with the Swedish flag?

His mother is Swedish. It gives him a great opportunity to go straight to the first team. I think they let his father coach him too. But I don’t know them personally so that’s just what I hear.

I think it’s now a two person competition with Duplantis and Kendricks. Very impressive

Kendricks misses first vault at 5.86. Duplantis makes it on his first try.

Kendricks elected to move to 5.91 and didn’t get it. Last try for Kendricks. If he misses Duplantis wins.

Duplantis also moved to 5.91 and missed his first try. He has two more tries. Kendricks down to his last.

And that’s it. Duplantis beats the reigning world champion and wins the pole vault competition.

Duplantis is 18 years old. What’s that age in metric?

I LSU scored 28 points this weekend with Mondo they would have scored 38 and finished 3rd. Hopefully they can find those 4x400 and 4x100 guys and win a national championship
