Typical of the Jets to waste such a high draft pick again

Dude stayed on the field his whole sophomore season with a nagging injury. He finally decided to have surgery his junior season and fans turn on him. He played hurt and gave it his all his entire sophomore season. Now everyone assumes he’s selling out and a pussy when they should be saying he’s a tough SOB for trying. Why all of a sudden everyone assumes he’s a sellout? Dude played hurt for a whole season and gave everything he had and struggled because of it. That used to be a badge of honor and should be more celebrated than him not playing as a sophomore or junior. F’ing LSU fans. Damned if you do… Damned if you don’t. Never f’ing happy and always think the worst. F’ing ridiculous!

Remember

Jamarcus Russell was #1

Ben Simmons was #1

He will rival their success

I'll choose to remember him at his best and he was phenomenal as a true Fr.

I know. It's frustrating that we don't get to see more of the best talents in P&G.

I mean I guess number 2 is logical but risk goes to the buyer with this kid. Not much body of work to look at over past two years and those two years are filled with injuries.

Yep
Kid can’t play on Saturdays, how is he going to be healthy to play on Sundays?

Stingley has essentially sat out since the Clemson game and has a bunch of injuries

They are not the same.

That’s awful high for a guy who can’t stay on the field either due to injury risk or lack of chest who has a tendency to get burned and take bad angles.

I’m trying to remember him getting burned . I think that throw to d smith in the 4th quarter is the only play I remember him being manned up on someone and getting outrun.

I’d love to hear specifically what he did to make people hate on him.was it the fact that he didn’t transfer when everyone said he would? Are people mad because he’s probably declaring this year instead of next?

People saying he wasn’t really hurt are being rediculous, I know what sounds like fun, let’s just go have a pointless surgery before we are millionaires. That always was my favorite past time .

The dude had surgery because he’s been playing through a nagging injury for maybe even over a year. I don’t remember him saying or doing anything that would make him Ben Simmons like.

This thread is straight up embarrassing

The comments on this thread are absurd. He didn’t quit. He played his whole sophomore season hurt and still made all American. Best player on a national championship winning defense. He had surgery this year. Injuries happen. I really don’t understand some of you people. Do y’all even watch football, or do you just pick a player and whine? Stingley will go in the top 10 and he will be a stud.

Stingley played in 7 of 10 games last year and 3 games this year before having surgery.

This lie you all use to make a 20 year old, who chose LSU over every school in the country, and was the best defensive back in college football since the first game he played, is very strange.
