1977, 1 month ago you stated Robertson was gone, he hated the coach. Greg Deichmann was gone because his dad hated the coach. When a few people, including myself, called you on your statements. When I specifically stated that KRob enjoying his SR year, with the teammates that he loves, playing SS for LSU, with his G/f in BR, would trump any disdain he has for the coach. When we said Deichman, as a draft eligible soph, would gain a lot from coming back for his JR despite what his dad thinks of the coach.

Now you are going to sit here and say I sound like an idiot when exactly what I said is happening? lol, ok guy.

How about next time dont be so quick to repeat 2nd hand whatever it is that you hear? and actually think rationally about it? It's not that hard

Well he got his share of phone calls in the last 2 days. I assume he had to tell them something.

Well, it was well known that at one point he did. And that he let it be known he would leave for nothing. He changed his mind. It happens. Winning and being successful helps.

No real secret either. He's not quiet about it.

Good calls. You were right. Glad you were. It's looking like we will be stacked next year. No idea how we're going to drop the roster down and who gets forced out.

right, but if he has any consideration of going pro, like everyone said, he is going to hear how much money they have to offer. If he went from 90% gone to 100% staying and actually told teams that, so be it.

That was april 26th when LSU was in a terrible position for the future of the season and things were looking very bleak. If you don't think something can change in almost 2 months time, idk what to tell you. Greg's dad is literally one of the worst player parents I've ever met and been around. When his kid got thrown under the bus he announced to about 15 people that he was going to beat mainieri's arse. So with the pressure from Senior, It was a safe bet that Greg was going to peace out. Much like kramer who two summers in a row told multiple friends and teammates that he was leaving baton rouge and Kim and Paul had some differences. The last month and a half of the season he started to enjoy himself and he told Chandler earlier in the season he would sign for nothing and now (beginning of June) it would take a lot for him to leave. I'm sorry you don't have any people within the program like Ell and Kim and I have so you have to resort to I told you sos, but everything that I stated was fact AT THE TIME. that was a very long time ago in the mind of a 20 year old kid. They started winning, culture changed in the clubhouse and everyones happy right now.

100% staying is unrealistic and no one is saying that. Everyone has a round or a dollar amount in mind. For some kids, that line moves when the calls come. For others, it's set in stone. Kids like Kramer are motivated more by respect than money. I'm looking forward to seeing what he and this team do next year. In the meantime, I hope they are all able to put this draft shite in the corner and get this win tonight.

i've been worried about this since the second day passed and only one guy had been picked. Even if they are leaning towards staying, seeing yourself passed up time and time again has to be taxing on the psyche. I hope this motivates them instead of backs them down into a feeling sorry for them state.

I'd say by the teams calling him during those rounds...

Im perfectly aware of that. You were the one spouting off that they were leaving, with zero disclaimers that they could return. Yet you are the one calling me an idiot when exactly what I said, has happened.

They drafted Deichmann as a 3rd baseman... Some scouts must not have done their homework...

you have to decide if you want to be Mr Bold Hot take or vague message board responder. I have no idea what you are trying to say.
