He's talking about Delino Deshields who is now an outfielder, but was a 2nd baseman when committed to LSU. Delino is actually in triple a working on his mechanics.

Those are the guys that were committed in the last 5 years and went to the pros and are now contributing. There are others but they havent made an impact on the major league game yet. Zach Lee, Nick Longhi, Garin Cecchini, Bobby Bradley are some in the minors that have had alot of success.

The reason they're a lock to leave junior year is because of negotiation leverage. As a junior, teams who draft you will put up a high signing bonus to make sure you sign with them. As a senior, you have no better option than whatever they give you.
