Chinea could do the same behind the plate

People get really sensistive when I bring this up becaus eof Papierski but I see no reason why they cant both catch. Afterall we typically never have 1 catcher catch more than about 75% of our games in total (Sciv is a little different this year). I think Chinea can help his stock out a lot catching and DH and leave 1B to Adams, helps out the team too because he's at best an average 1B (for college).

I agree. Between DH and catcher, there's no reason Chinea and Pap can't both get plenty of playing time.

Exactly. Just like two years ago when Moore, Scivique, and Chinea shared catching duties. Moore went 6th round after that season.

is McKay falling because he said that he wanted to go to LSU or was he not projected to go very high?

Appears that way. But as Mac Marshall showed us, you never know.

He could've not been drafted and still would be gone.

Philly is thin in CF prospects so it makes sense for them.

Laird is probably gone with that pick

what do you think is Chinea's cutoff in terms of going or staying. What round do we need to pass to feel confident that he would come back.

I think Pap will get most of the reps at C but chinea may start a few games at C. I bet by SEC play Pap starts every SEC game and may get weekdays at DH or off. We shall see.

Any projections for Hale? Lacks some athleticism and power but damn he's been pretty consistent the last 2 years.
