" The good news is we get that play on the field and we are ready to run the play, the quarterback calls for the ball but no one can hear. The quarterback then goes to look at the clock and loses sight of the ball and there is the fumble."

Now that is a bit of "re-framing" that I was not expecting to come out of his mouth. Now T-Bob is partially to blame because Tiger Stadium was so loud with LSU on the field that T-Bob could not hear/see him call for the snap? The film sure looks different in terms of whether JJ looked set and like he was calling for the snap, so I will rewind tivo and review it once again.

So. T-Bob was only a hero for snapping the ball because he failed to hear/see the call for the snap a couple of seconds earlier?

Wow.

There was no play called, and JJ never asked for the ball. T Bob game LSU the chance to win the game, and deserves all the credit in the world. That is a fact.

"I did not say clock it at the end of the Ole Miss game last year!" - Les.

He is a revisionist!

T-Bob saved Les's arse! Les needs to wake up and speak the truth and deal with his issues of piss poor clock mgt!

I coach flag football and we do better clock mgt than that in a game with 7yr old kids. And let me tell you it gets intense at the end of games with parents yelling and stuff.

Who the frick asks for the ball and then looks away? Wouldn't you just ask again? It doesn't matter what the clock says, you have to do what it takes to get it snapped! C;ap or scream again!

And who in their right fricking mind uses a clap and expects it to be heard in Tiger Stadium at teh goal line when the game is on the line? You have to use a visial signal in that circumstance!

Please tell me it was at least a verbal attempt or I'm gonna beat the dogs.

He sure changes his story a lot.

In that situation JJ should have been under center to call for the ball, not in the shotgun.FWIW

Most of you would have crapped yourselves out there if you were QB'ing let alone be aware of the play clock.

This is BS coming out of Les's mouth here.

Smacks of more covering up for JJ. I would bet T Bob had it right the first time.

Now the spin machine has been turned on by Miles.

Anyone who believes that Miles had a play called and JJ knew it should just quit watching LSU football because you are clueless.
It has been reported by at least three different players that Miles only sent one play in. There was no play in for that last snap. T-bob improvised and decided to snap that ball.

- In my honest opinion, in that situation, JJ should of never been on the field. What did he do to deserve being in the game right there? I'm of the belief that you reward players for doing well (i.e. let Lee finish the game since he got you there).

I rewatched it...JJ barely got set and then immediately made a quick hand motion and then immediately turned his head to he left and then the ball was immediately snapped by T-bob. It appeared that T-Bob's snap was not correlated to the hand motion made by JJ and JJ's hand motion cannot be defended if it was his signal for a snap, because who calls for a snap and immediately looks completely away from the center?

This was so mis-handled it is not even funny.

I believe T-Bob way more than Miles, who will throw everyone BUT JJ under the bus. JJ has to have some dirt on Miles, or Miles really and legitimately is retarded.

Ok good, so you cannot relate at all to managing a D-1 football game in front of 93,000.

It is interesting that Les does NOT let Crowton get interviewed about why JJ goes in with ONLY one fricking play !!
