being 111 in passing yards per game
Obvious issue.

being 106 in passing touchdowns, being bottom five in balance, those can be fixed with a few minor adjustments.
A few less drops and penalties on big plays, and yes they absolutely can look better. Couple that with the O line not shitting the bed for 3 weeks in Nov, and our numbers would look very different.
Your asking for what amounts to a pretty major overhaul.

It's just that if LSU goes, let's say 9-3 next year, what has changed?

The buyout is still in play

You didn't say that, how would I know?
Because you ostensibly have a functioning brain. I shouldn't assume too much, though, now that you are basically admitting to not using any critical thinking skills in this conversation.

So he was told by Alleva to fix the offense. Les already said he is not.
He literally said the offense needed changes

Anyway, I don't see any changes significant enough for that to happen. Still a sizeable buyout.

Cleaning up drops and penalties isn't major to me. And your "facts are wrong. We weren't last in plays per game.

Considering your facts are wrong, your shot at my intelligence isn't really working.

listen to the post interview. He said no major overhaul needed.

That doesn't mean no changes.

You're right, we were 113th. I'm sorry. That changes everything.

and then followed that up with "yes, changes will be made"

Yea, I'm the issue. Must be why so many people downvoted my post about Jones having nothing to do with the OP. And we all know I get downvoted plenty.

If there isn't improvement 2016 would be his last

You can just say you're wrong. That works too.

I think Les fails to see himself as vulnerable because (in his mind) King is scared to spend money for anything, the fans and the media like him soo much that they rallied to save his job, he believes he doesn't need to change. I think Miles will get a celebrity- like ego (moreso now) and his hubris will grow even larger. Combine that with the fans bleeding hearts for him and he will feel untouchable.
In essence, he survived the coup. He will feel stronger because of it.

He said last year after the season, during the spring, and at rotary before the season that changes were made to be more efficient, but that major changes weren't needed. So basically, after he won the power struggle, he repeated the same things he has always said about the offense. Meanwhile, when the pressure was on him he said he "didn't know how to fix it" and admitted that something was amiss with the offense. You tell me what we should take away from the return to the previous talking points.

Yeah I imagine the files aren't going to be put very far away

but the fact that an attempted coup took place to begin with should wake him up and at least force him to re-evaluate, right?
it has to at least be a bit of a hit to his ego
