Dont worry ..when we beat arkansas and win the bowl...and we have a heck of a season next year we will be hearing a lot of "I am very glad Les is still here"

You so-called fans, who think 8-4 is a heck of a season, given the talent at LSU, can GTFO.

AAAGH!
I think I want to say this once more and then I'm done with this board for a few months. Miles...is...not...going..anywhere. The administration and TAF hotshots are actually sane people, not reactionary chicken littles like the RANT. The only way Miles leaves before the North Carolina game next year is of his own accord.
P.S. I used to think the RANT was alone in their stupidity but I looked at the USC and OU boards after their big losses and guess what, rantards are everywhere.

Two fans who love mediocrity in one thread. Its such a small world.

Nope, we cant enjoy football without winning all the time, every game.

Of course we then boast the toughness of the SEC, but will not accept defeat in the self proclaimed "Toughest, meanest, fastest, best coached, most athletic, can beat a few NFL teams football conference in the freaking world"

Nope, we will not enjoy the fall and Tiger Stadium, Mike, TGBFTL, tailgating, bourbon, beautiful women, Gameday, Walk down the hill, or a Tiger Dog......hell no. All that sucks, cause our coach is a pseudo moron.

Accept mediocrity, 8-4 is a good season, next year isn't a rebuilding year

No. I want LSU to win. Ergo I want Les Miles fired because LSU ca win more games without him.

Its fans who accept mediocre coaching, low intensity, and general upreparedness that want LSU to lose.

People who enjoy discussing both the positives and negatives about LSU sports are going nowhere. Support the program and voice your concerns whenever you please. Otherwise, become a tennis fan or something.

Agreed. Nobody seems to be talking about the fact that LSU was lucky to even be in that position to begin with:
1) Nutt went for 2 and didn't get it. If he had none of this would have mattered.
2) LSU went for 2 and didn't get it. If they had none of this would have mattered.
3) LSU got the onside kick. If they hadn't etc.
4) LSU converted a 4th and 26 and amazingly did not score. If they had failed to convert, or had scored, none of this etc.

There will be a birth in the Liberty Bowl? She'd probably insist on a trip to the hospital if she's in labor.

Unless Miles implodes down the stretch, he will be back in 2010. However, he will be forced to can Crowton in order to try and rally the fanbase for next year.

That said...next year will be his last year and with the opponents on our schedule in 2010, I would not be surprised if things totally unravel on him and he doesn't even finish out the season.

Miles is done!

That's true in more ways than one! I really doubt he'll be fired even afte next years 4-5 loss season. But he's also not taking this program anywhere.

Very difficult to enjoy watching a Miles led team.
