It's always mondays at noon in the athletic department building, if you go don't ask about russell sheppard throwing the ball. And yes that was a joke, not the first part, only the second... about RS... I have to be precise now with you guys. Such a tough crowd.

i didnt see the WBRZ video until about 11:20, then posted my theory at 12:11, so more like 45 minutes, really.

if i see a murder and it's filmed and i accuse the guy of murder is that "jumping the gun"?

Les said spike the ball, then he said he didn't, Sports has video evidence of him doing so. If anyone was in a position to make such accusations it was Sports.

Like I said. I am 90% sure he was calling for the spike. My issue was the way they edited the broadcast and didn't take a few more hours to determine if perhaps he called for the spike, like by asking other players, coaches, people on the sideline. You don't imply an attack on a person's character on a regional television broadcast if there is any legitimate doubt.

you better go back and look at the video

How do you explain the fact that JJ was on the field with the offense.........looking to the sideline..........and Miles turns around giving the "kick" signal to his staff? This happens right before start of play.

I still think Miles gave the spike signal. But even if you think he didnt, why the hell was he giving the "kick" signal right before the start of play...........when there is no way he could have gotten the unit on at that time?

It is obvious he was lost and confused.

He wasn't signaling kick he was listening to AC/DC on his headphones and was imitating Angus Young.

thanks slow, you're such a life saver. I told someone from the board tonight about the whole reason for breaking up with Blondie, you would have thought I shot his dog. It was like it was incomprehensible to him or something. Anyway, take care.

And I don't think the presser is open to the public, so if you go and sneak in don't tell them I told you. That's to knight. Again I'm trying to be precise.

Wasn't intending to, just confused by what you were saying. It seemed like you were saying two different things.

So it's not really my opinion that Les made the spike motion, it's my comprehension? I don't know the word I'm looking for here. I can't make people think one way, I just put it out there, it just so happens that is the way I see it. I think most reasonable people would see it the same way, and not as booger flick.

It's fine. I understand and can see your position. I think the issue is that people feel like it wasn't given as a "here's the clip, you decide" type thing but a "well here's the clip of Les Miles calling for the spike which we coincidentally place after him saying he didn't call for it." The implication is fairly obvious.

have you ever seen a coach signal "HE CAUGHT THE BALL AND WAS DOWN" by doing a tomahawk chop?

and have you ever seen them do this from the sidelines to their team and not to the officials?

les was doing a fire dance on the sidelines

I really am trying to see Robb and Tangerines point but I can't. In his post game interview Les starts to throw JJ under the bus then stops and keeps rambling. I just think the guy is so confused he has no clue what's going on anymore.

I'm starting to think that he may be having personal issues or something.

The scoreboard having one timeout showing for LSU is interesting, nonetheless. Not as an excuse for the coaches, but just for the heck of it.

I've got to believe that call came from les, regardless if there is video proof or not

If it didn't come from him then that just shows he has no control over his surroundings which could be worse than being a mindless dolt

I find this more disturbing than him calling for it.
