If it were up to only Orgeron, it would be Ensminger. Alleva will not let Orgeron hire Ensminger.

All this shite right here is fricked up like a football bat.....but at this point it is the most plausible explanation.

It's a shame that this is what LSU athletics, football specifically, has come to. It could get real bad...real fast.

He and O are tight and he clearly has inside information as to Orgeron.

If I was tight with someone and they leaked information about my program at every turn, we wouldn't be tight anymore.

He said coach O would want hugh freeze but it would be a huge hurdle not only with lsu and the SEC but also the NCAA doesn't want freeze in the SEC.

It's basically going to be all new player personnel. I bet we go more spread and will be more balanced.

FWIW Detellier said a couple of weeks ago Canada would not be back. There was no ambiguity in his answer it was flat out no.

You think Ensminger's the only bad choice for OC?

They are already saying it. Alleva hand-pickes the OC bc O isn't capable.

SEC office would frown on this big time. I don’t think it’s going to happen. Just a hunch but thinking Kendall Briles May be the pick. O trust Kiffen and if he gives him a clean bill it may happen.

I actually don't want it to be Ensminger. I gather that he is a good guy and he has done a great job for the program in the different roles he's been asked to cover. I don't want Orgeron to have him as the target for blame when things go South.

I also think he would be a source of stabilization that I don't want to see Orgeron benefit from.

Instead, I want Orgeron to predictably make a bad hire, Aranda to leave, and the program to implode so LSU can rid itself of this disaster from the top-down, as soon as possible.

You do realize O is the one that floated Ensminger's name out in the first place as a replacement, right?

I don't think so...unless it's in name only. I could see him bringing in someone with a checkered past being the defacto OC with Ensminger getting the title.

And they're probably right. O has dine nothing but show incompetence when it comes to running a program.
