Can he petition the NCAA for an eligibility waiver as he is playing a new position. I mean it seems they give waivers for everything else.

splitter, slider and change up, be a 4 pitch pitcher can go a long way if you can get movement on the fastball. 95 is still pretty special even though the 100 boys are all people talk about.
