I've always wondered this, but when do you guys think is the best time to buy tickets? My cousin, and I, are planning on driving down. I'm just curious do you think this is the cheapest tickets will be, or do you think prices will go down as we get closer to that date.

I got tix through my buddy that’s a season tix holder. You could request a $100, $200 or $300 quality seat. We requested 13 and we’re granted all 13 in the $200 seat section.

Subtle

I’m rich but not that rich but kinda rich with my not really best seats but not poor seats either but not the absolute richest seats but I got 13 of the shmedium seats plus I got 13 of em and they were $200 each times 13 equals a big number and I know you can add so I’m richer than you seats

Brag.

I always wanted to be the dude calling out the subtle brag dude on here. It was my first time. I went all out so don’t be butthurt.

Decent effort, but downvoted due to wordiness.

The 2 times I’ve been to Jerry world we just got standing room. It works perfect for me because they sell beer and I have to piss so much when I’m drinking I wouldn’t want to bother anybody in my row. Plus you can just post up at a high top table next to a beer booth and still see see the game perfectly

I think the ticket prices are high for the choice of seat locations. I have ordered tickets through LSU in the past for all the games in Jerry World and NRG Stadium and I don't recall the seat location choices being that bad.

I am taking the advice of others this time and waiting to buy my tickets to get better seats for the same or lower price.

Tickets are available in a limited quantity for now thru lsu. Miami has yet to release theirs on the hurricane sports website.

Doesn’t seem likely either side sells out, but I could be wrong. Last year fla-mich had lower level tickets the Friday before the game for about to a little less than face

Same. Had standing room only tickets for cheap and it wasn’t bad at all. Got to jump around without people behind us telling us to sit. And there’s bar tops to stand up against and put your beer.

Requested tickets through TAF. Got all 6 I requested. As another poster said, there were $100, $200, and $300.

I would imagine they will only go up from there as pre-season hype starts taking over.

That being said, it's a long hike for Miami fans so they may not go up that much due to overall ticket sales. LSU fans always pack the house regardless of where the game is. Green Bay 2 years ago was split 50/50.

Trying to find the “brag”??

Do you think buying medium tier seats is a brag? If so, that says a lot about you and is kinda sad actually. Not a brag. Let us know why you are buying a dozen suite tix

it was 40/60 at best. I mean, it was an incredibly respectable showing by LSU. That series we hosed ourselves. Our "home" game was in Houston. The generic neutral site games are wearing thin. That Lambeau trip was original and fun. That was about the only place I'd have preferred LSU play over an actual Home and Home at Camp Randall. I go to sleep praying every day that the traditional Home and Homes with UCLA and Texas hold in the coming years.

FYI

Dallas Cowboys Season Ticket Holders can buy tickets for the College game opener and some do with the intention of offsetting their season ticket costs.
