What an awful half of basketball.
Our best player is 0-9. Team is 9/30 overall, 0-6 from 3. Have missed 4 FTs.
Miami is 10/28, 0-9 from 3. They've got one girl with 16 points on straight layups and shots inside of about 8 ft.
15 turnovers between the 2 teams, a combined 32% shooting. Woof
It's a good thing we are playing Miami (who's playing equally bad outside of one girl) and not Iowa, SC, etc.

I love how Miami is losing by 6.... but the only thing the halftime announcers talk about is the losing teams highest scorer

That guard for Miami that came up through the key and did a crossover jump shot , drained it just before the half looked pretty impressive

We win this game going away. But watch how good next year we are. Williams is that good. She will be the shooter with Reese inside and Flaujae. This team will be great.

Winning this game by athleticism not by execution. That will only carry them for so long. They better find a way to hit those easy shots.

I hate the last second shots by Morris. I'd rather her drive it to the rim. She milks down the clock then jacks up a terrible 3 each game when taking these last shots. That can't be the best we can do.
I do hold Mulkey partly responsible for that. We have done that the entire season and we haven't once changed that
