Hopefully he can avoid the infamous Les Miles doghouse.

It's more like a hotel than a house though.

Jj could have had NFL talent if he would have learned from his mistakes. Of course, in his mind he never made any.

Mettenberger is the anti-flynn.

then Miles made it kneel down time.

If he does this, Miles might bench him.

A qb that openly defies the coach will not be on the team that long. See Jeff Garcia. The kid already has a sexual assault charge, just bide his time be humble and let his play do the talking. He is pretty cocky for never having completed a pass in a meaningful SEC game. On a side note I hope he comes as advertised.

We'll see if he is the answer for LSU in 2012. If not, there's dual-threat redshirt freshman Jerrard Randle, who Beckham says has an even stronger arm than Mettenberger, and blue-chip recruit Gunnar Kiel, arguably the No. 1 QB prospect in the country.

Randle, with wheels, and stronger arm than Mett? Waiting to see this. Oh, wait, does that mean going with another two-headed hybrid QB scheme?

No, it's Mett's team now! Randle comes in for garbage time mop up snaps.

Mett's got Miles by the balls at this point, and not in the weird Jefferson kinda way
Your exactly right. B/C if Miles doesn't trot Mett out there and uses Jarred Randall, the entire fanbase will revolt as well as the team. Well played Mett, well played

Miles has a "want" for short side option.

I'm glad someone else noticed by "balls" comment. I was beginning to think I'd lost a step.

He's probably excited as hell to have this sort of run game to depend on and bring those safeties up. God i really hope the Mettsiah comes through next year.
He's saying all the right things now
It may all completely depend upon whether or not Miles allows him to throw the ball down the damn field.
