Mettenberger can run the option?

ZM claims he could run the option. Supposedly his 40 time is 4.8 seconds. But that was in high school. Any idea if he's cut that time down. Rocky Blier cut his from 5.0 to 4.6.

Who cares?? Mett is NOT an option QB, he is a REAL QB. I am gonna jump out there and say, none of the coaching staff is interested in him running the option. With his arm, we wont have to.

Yea, the only reason Mett should run is if everyone is covered and he can pick up 3 yards with his feet. The option run needs to be put away for alittle while. We will have 4 or more running backs that can run the ball way better then Mett.
