You can get upset over it all you want but this is a straight up fact

Hahahaha, this is hilarious- so you DENY the proven scientific FACT that temperatures are rising, but then you proclaim your OPINION as a “straight-up fact” ?

Tell us who you’re voting for without saying who you’re voting for…

Glenn lives rent free in your head. All you are doing is giving him publicity by posting his stuff on here

Exactly. He writes articles like this and just hits refresh all day on TD threads about him in one hand while jacking off the what he reads on the other.

GG abhors being ignored. His worst fear is penning articles like he does and getting no response here.

He's a bad seed. Not a good soul. Not a good journalist. NOT a friend of LSU football. Get that guy away from everything

Right, because .349 of a degree is a major difference maker.

STFU

2:30 day games with comparable heat indices are rare.

That being said, it has been this hot at 2:30 in the past. LSU, however, was probably playing at night then.

It was just a stark contrast to the Tiger Stadium that I remembered back in the early-mid 80’s when I was in high school.

Again, how many 2:30 games back then in Hell type heat.

I honestly don’t recall any off of the top of my head.

I dont remember the temp but, I attended the LSU-UGA game in the early days of Saban. It was HOT. Place was packed. Don’t remember many leaving. It was a big game.

He really is a terrible journalist and this is an awful take

I usually give people shot for leaving games. Yesterday I fully understood why people were leaving. It was awful in the South Endzone until we got in the shade in the 3rd quarter. I can’t imagine how bad it was on the east side

Pulling his press credentials is the least of the treatments I’d like for that douchebag to get

And don’t forget that every game wasn’t on TV at that time. I can remember vividly listening on the radio to Troy Twillie picking off # 5 ranked Auburnto seal the game.

I think Guilbeau is just a heel straught out of 80's wrestling. A shallow clown and a buffoon

I was at that game as well. It was hot but overcast. Not at all the same as yesterday where there wasn’t a cloud in the sky

Here’s are pics from that game for reference

I wish someone would show a picture of the seats on the west side of the stadium. It looked pretty full all game from my seats in the SW corner. The difference between being in the shade or direct sun when ESPN makes us play a day game when its 95 fricking degrees out

Did the stadium empty out like this in the DiNardo area for day games? I legitimately don’t remember.

We didn't even the East or South Upper Decks so the stadium being 20% smaller helped. And has been stated, I honestly do not recall many home day games. We also were a team coming out of the desert so a 3 loss season was cause for celebration.

Was he sitting on the east side in the heat? Or in the AC?

I have had 4 seats on the 50 on the east side for years. I gave them up this year for two reasons. the day games with the sun blaring right in your face is brutal in Sept. the music type and loudness is just unbearable.
yes, I'm old and I truly believe that our time at LSU was vastly superior to what the kids have to deal with today. Most of our games in TS were at 8pm with only a rare saturday game. I do not fault any of those fans on the east side enduring that Sept heat. Guilbeau should be run out of town.
