It would be their only victory against a ranked team. So yes. And if they lose that game, I would have doubts they make the playoffs as a 1 loss team who lost to their only ranked team they played.
I could very much be wrong about this considering it's the first year of this many teams in playoff, but that game is a must win I feel for Indiana.

We had 2 losses going into the A&M game, had locked up a spot in the SEC Title game and had an outside shot at the playoff. That’s the moment I’m referring to, and this board was drooling all over itself.
But yeah agreed, the way it ended with the 4 losses left a sour taste.
