getting him in in LF for Dugas makes more sense currently than taking out Jobert.

So your argument is it is better to have Jobert in the lineup over Dugas?

This team takes too many strikes.,I don’t have a problem with the first one but starting 0-2 every batter puts you at a disadvantage.

I agree. Everyone talks about how great this team can hit. They are good at hitting fly balls and striking out.

I am really not impressed with our hitting approach. They also seem to have messed with crews approach at the plate and he just looks different. The at bat by Berry with the bases loaded was such a low baseball IQ at bat that it was painful.

They just haven’t put together a string of hits yet as we keep expecting.

He looks good. I am a firm believer that Hellmers should be in the weekend rotation though

This team just isn’t very good SO FAR

On paper they have potential but it hasn’t materialized

Go ahead and downvote me, but the problems have lasted more than 1 game or 1 week. We should be hitting mcneese all around the park if we are truly a good hitting team. I don’t care if they are throwing their ace or not.

Merrifield will be fine defensively. He won a gold glove last year at LSUE (granted, at second base). Probably just needs to calm down a little
