I’m not pitching. And I didn’t say that everybody does. Just something to take note of. Coleman hurt his arm in a similar turnaround, if I recall.

Arm care science is far from settled, but what seems to be becoming clear is that more short outings with less rest is worse than longer outings with more rest.

I’m not a fan of bringing guys back too quickly, especially younger guys that look like they have pro potential.

Ronnie and Lynn genuinely crack each other up and that makes me happy

6 innings in one day is not nearly as bad as 3 innings two days in a row.
