Too low of a bar. Almost the entire SEC made the tournament this season, and we are supposedly giving the guy top NIL dollar. Should be Sweet Sixteen or fired.

Ward wasn’t an injury. Wade made some questionable signings but wouldn’t have started Bailey over a capable shooter like Ward.

Wade had the best stretch of consistent winning in 30 years at LSU and is the only HC, probably in at least the last 50 years, who was fired against the wishes of the fans (the others either left on their own accord, Saban and Bertman, or the fans were ready for them to go....Brady, Jones, Johnson, Miles, Smoke, Mainieri, etc). So like it or not, every subsequent basketball coach will be compared to Wade. That's human nature.

I'm just telling you there is one way to put a stop to it...LSU having a basketball coach that wins. Unless and until that happens, get over it. Fans were pissed initially with the firing. That anger has only grown in the three years since with MM completely taking the program to decade's low depths while Wade immediately led McNeese to historic highs. There is NOTHING positive to discuss about LSU basketball right now in any discussion about LSU basketball.

Until they fire Mcloser and get a real coach in here it will be SOS different day,he can tell you he's fired up and all these other excuses but we have seen 3 years of no progress. How do you tell future behavior,past relevant behavior! Well what have we seen for 3 years nothing but losing!
