I think there is much truth here. There are a small handful of posters who discuss LSU hoops here and it may make it seem as though there is a ton of interest if you dive into those threads but the truth is there is tremendous apathy. Almost no one cares and it allows for some patience whereas in other sports that folks care about more there would not be.
Whether that is a good or a bad thing I suppose is a matter of debate and discussion.
