I’m sure it comes from the marketing budget. Just like Todd Graves. You think Raising Cames could buy the publicity they got for 30,000 in paid ads? Gordon may not have quite the same return since he is not nationwide, but he still spends enough on marketing/advertising to make this worth it. In addition to being part of the fun as LSU fans.

Why in the hell would he do that? By making a competition out of shitty jello shot...for $5 a pop at that, he's raked in thousands off of LSU fans and two large business owners.
The other Omaha bars have to be seething with jealousy and trying to mastermind their own way to bilk LSU fans (collectively) out of thousands. Good for Rocco!
