Two-faced Roy over at North Carolina participated in a cheating scandal run rampant and it was even proven that his basketball program was implicated in that yet no one spoke of vacating the national title they won during thae time nor did Dick rail that Roy should have been dismissed immediately as he did WW.

A married Rick Pitino had a 20 second sexual encounter with a woman other than his wife in the back room of a Louisville restaurant and his program was financing orgies for recruits that Rick told Dick he had no knowledge of. A guy with Saban-like control of his program but he told Dick he didn't know - so Dick believes him and campaigned for him to get another coaching gig...and he did.

Yet WW is the scourge of college hoops...the pariah.

Exactly right. The media may be holding a grudge or penalizing but the "blue bloods"(such an overexaggerated significance in these) don't give a shite. They continue racking up all star teams of recruits on a yearly basis and aren't winning anything that matters anyway. They are more concerned with becoming irrelevant than any school or coach in particular

… yes indeed..my buddy who played college basketball at UWashington Huskies told me a few stories about what really goes on behind the scenes..you’d b surprised how deep it goes and can go.. they all do it, it’s just who gets caught and who the NCAA turns their back on.. 1 tip I did learn from him was “NEVER bet on College Basketball”…. Just sayin’

Yes those two teams were a couple of the most feared to ever play at the college level. Tark was at UNLV for 18-19 years, Nolan was at Arky for 16. If you don’t think that’s enough time to have multiple college coaches at other programs fired for not keeping up or change the landscape you have no idea what you’re talking about. UCLA and Arizona have been gone from the national consciousness for nearly 15 years, Georgetown, St. John’s and Indiana are still gone so what you said in your post is the opposite of reality.
