I guess he rather sit the bench and hang out with his brother then compete for a starting job.

Looking forward to him throwing behind the back left handed prayer passes in a faggie uniform.

I’m sorry, who is this Max Johnson again? And why is this relevant?

Not being a jilted fan here but I just dont see this as a bad thing. Max was a serviceable QB, but I dont think he possesses the tools to make Aggie a bigger threat. I would much rather they take Max and not some other more dynamic playmaking QB.

Given O's lack ability to develop a QB, I expect he'll get better under Jimbo. Not great but better.

Why not? Coaches can change within conference, so why shouldn’t the players be able to? If the kid isn’t going to play by coaches choice, then he should have the right to transfer wherever they want. Coaches use to pull this crap all of the time by not releasing a player inside the conference because they were good players, but wouldn’t give them playing time after doing so. The portal gives these kids the option and takes the power away from the coach to hold them hostage.

don't see any need to bash him. He's not SEC material though. He is a fit for what they do though.

Max isn’t a great thrower of the football but I think he’s better at it than Haynes King. I bet he starts.

I really don't understand why he chose A&M. There are a lot of schools with a clearer path to playing time.

Which QBs have gotten better under Jimbo recently?

Will be Haynes King's backup. Instead of Myles Brennan's backup, or even the starter at LSU. Bye, Max. Enjoy your senior season at Kennesaw State.

He’ll probably be third string honestly.

Conner Weigman will pass him. He’ll probably be in the portal a year from now again

Really not much different than staying at LSU with walker coming in. I guess he’s willing to sacrifice playing time in order to be in school with his brother. He could have definitely gone somewhere else and started.
