I shot the Lady Techster Coach’s Show during the 80’s. Traveled all over the country with them. Mulkey and Jennifer White were quite the guard tandem.

Not as good as Mulkey. She was a literal force on the floor. Endless energy and incredible competitor.

I second this. I followed Mulkey since her last season of high school. She was a competitor the likes of which the women’s game has never seen. She was what Saban calls “a hateful competitor”.

If Kayla Pointer and HVL were both in the portal THIS year, I’m taking KP. I get the hype and all but put the PG position into perspective. KP averaged 20 PPG, 6RPG and 5 APG 2 SPG. Shot 42% from the field and 36% from 3. She could have shot better from 3 if she didn’t have to play point.

If anyone thinks KP was a better guard than Mulkey, they never saw Mulkey in action and I LOVE KP. She is a VERY good player and a much better human being. Sweet young woman.

Coconut Milk vs Almond/Coconut Milk.

Both White and very good, but not much difference......

Both great players but I don't think there has ever been an athlete or a coach with a higher intensity level than CKM. Greatest coaching hire in LSU history if she can create a dynasty like Skip did. Success in year one, championship in year two, hopefully a repeat in year three. She's on her way!

When players couldn't carry the ball and traveling was an actual thing.
