Yep who’s next on the Dunn train?
Can’t wait until Dunn is gone, injuries still happen, and see who the board finds to blame

because travinski’s arm is bothering him
Is that why he can’t catch, can’t hit SEC pitching, and can’t throw anyone out?

Drew Bianco will start at second base tomorrow night, Paul Mainieri said on @LSUradio, as LSU looks for more offensive production from the position.
Good to see LSU finally tanking
Is this for real? Going to a .171 hitter for more offense?

Well no one else is lighting it up

He doesn’t have a future pitching in the MLB so if it’s just a little discomfort he should push through it for his teammates and his final year of baseball. I would get sitting out if he had MLB potential but that’s not the case at all

Totally THIS. I think the people who keep making this claim are fricktards who ONLY follow LSU and not college baseball in general. Arm injuries happen EVERYWHERE. And I would even argue that Paul is more careful with his pitchers when it comes to protecting their arms and their pro career than a lot of other college coaches. But nobody wants to hear logic, so I don't bother with that argument.

Injuries happen every where and Dunn also sucks. The two aren’t mutually exclusive.

he's grasping at straws at this point because no one at second has hit. Arnold is batting .158 in SEC play (3/19), and Safford is batting .058 in SEC play (1/17). Bianco has 2 hits in 8 ABs in SEC play. That position has been so bad at the plate I'm almost to the point of succombing to him playing the guy who plays best defensively, which obviously isn't Bianco. WHat else can you even do at this point? Maybe put Dugas at second and put Drost/Safford/Sanford in LF? We've been so bad at the plate in SEC play at so many spots in the lineup that basically any decision made at this point won't work.

Yep, pretty much everything you said. Id prefer to try dugas or safford at 2nd and try drost in left if the goal is development

We've yet to have someone hit their way into the lineup this season. Guys have hit their way out instead. It's just a revolving door trying to find guys that can do something, anything. I wanted more Travinski and Arnold but both have been awful.
