I thought I remembered reading about him studying dentistry while at LSU. That's a pretty cool job to get into after a football career. Get some teeth knocked out and then help others with their teeth.

...There have also been several Tigers in famous LSU lore that have become dentists.

Dr. Brad Davis (WR who caught the 1 second pass from Bert Jones)

Dr. Billy Cannon.

I saw Matt at our LSU Denver Alumni Crawfish Boil on May 15th (Matt's a member of our alumni chapter). He said he's got about 2 more years before he starts practicing, and he's looking to practice here in Denver. He and his wife Jill have 2 children and love it here in Denver.

Matt shaved his head and I didn't recognize him when I first saw him at the crawfish boil. Here's picture of him at the crawfish boil:

He's got the grey shirt on and has his back to the camera, just behind the 2 children.

Just what we need, another dentist. How about another strip mall with a donut shop, a chiropractor and a nail salon to go along with his new little shop of horrors.

Just joking...good to see a former Tiger doing well.

The play started with "0:01" on the clock, the pass was thrown and caught after the final horn sounded, and Rusty Jackson kicked the PAT with 0:00 on the clock.

And I was on the Tiger sideline and saw the whole thing.
