I would love for him to go to the saints and be brees backup for a few more years and then take over when brees leaves.
I believe that the raiders (unless they resign carson), chargers (flynn & hester), cardinals (flynn & doucet), redskins, titans, or maybe the packers (resign)will be where he ends up next year.

Seeing as Oakland just traded one, potentially two first rounders for Carson, I'd say the odds of them re-signing him are pretty good.

I think he could honestly compete with Flacco for the Ravens starting spot too, as Flacco has been anything but consistent, and the Ravens, with their defense, need someone to manage their offense through a consistent passing game to complement and support their run game without making big mistakes.
Flacco's 5 year deal is up after next season so next year would be a good year for the Ravens to bring in someone to compete and make him earn an extension.

-chiefs still have a lot of money invested in cassel, he signed a 63 million dollar deal 2 years ago
-colts have peyton next year and will draft luck #1 in this year's draft
-The Titans just signed Hasselbeck to a 3 year 21 million dollar deal this past off season.
