How is it that a guy that we are paying millions to, to coach somewhere else has an offense so much better than ours with inferior players?

Because he’s able to actually run his own offense, not what a DL coach wants him to run.

I hated that many members of this board turned on Canada early last season and thought he was terrible. It was obvious that O handcuffed him and meddled in every game plan

Basically. O wanted some kind of swiss army-like offense, "very multiple" he kept saying. Problem is we don't do any of it well. We're better off doing one thing and getting that down pat. Execution is far more important than what you run.

CEO will sink or die with Ensminger. I'm glad I'm not in his position. Lets be honest, CEO doesn't have a fricking clue about offense. Has Ensminger ever developed an offense around a particular OB and his shill set?
