So last year LSU went undefeated and Brooks got plenty of playing time as a freshman. If he was better at safety then this coaching staff would have played him there. He was an impact player for sure but who would you have started him over last year.
Next season has not even started he has entered the portal, there is no blame on the staff and the kid stated personal reasons and lets respect his decision and let him choose his school. These kind of actions lead to speculation and typically do not work out when personal issues are mentioned, best of luck to Brooks hoping good things for the kid.
