Some folks are going to be disappointed when this goes to trial.
I think Dyteon is a POS murderer but if he can get his trial moved to somewhere people aren't wearing purple and gold glasses he will likely get a shorter sentence and possibly be out of jail in about 10 to 15 years.
That video could easily be spun to show a much larger wayde pursuing a much smaller dyteon while swinging haymaker. They are going to say Dyteon was retreating and Sims was pusuing him and due to the massive difference in size that Dyteon feared for his life and reacted out of instinct.
I dont buy it, but all he needs is a couple of non LSU fan bleeding heart liberals on his jury.
