Yep, people told me he was 2nd pick all day because of his height and speed. I told them he wasn't ready. Saints get him in 6th.

I hope not for Dupre, I wish him the best and a long career in the NFL. Hope he works his arse off and can become a great player for the team that picks him, he has the potential that's for sure.

True. I also love the assumptions that because he was a 5 star recruit out of h.s., that his failure to be a high draft pick was due to coaching.

How about an overrating out of h.s.?
How about some other issue?

Agree. Kids should wait until they get a draft grade of 1st or 2nd round. Otherwise, it will cost them millions for their first 4 years.

He might be waiting a while still. He messed up.

Well, if Etling did light it on fire, Dupre's drops quickly extinguished the flame.

That would be the same coaching staff that has had more WRs drafted than any college in past 10 years.

He best attribute should be going up and getting the high ball given his size, speed, and leaping ability. He just seemed to really struggle climbing the ladder to get those throws.

I remember last year some mock draft had Dupre going in the first round to the Titans this year. Yikes.

Hopefully his agent has his contract set up with huge bonuses if he blows up big time. He had reached a ceiling in BR that one more year wouldnt have breached. He will be a steal for the team that gets him w/o having to pay high $ 1st round money. He still needs coaching, professional coaching. And guidance by veteran WRs & DBs.
